Very very RUDE

onI virtually never give reviews but I had to this time. Firstly, they are highly unorganized!!! Secondly, Victoria was extremely rude and had a horrible attitude. I understand they were busy but I it's no excuse to treat people like that.
However, everyone else was nice.
Please note, this was the service department. When I dealt with the sales department I had a wonderful experience but I will not be back to this location to get my vehicle serviced.
