Poor communication/ customer service

onThe dealer took a month to replace my fuel tank. They had my car from Nov 9th til Dec 12th. The communication from the dealership was almost nonexistent. I had to call, or text to get any information. The service tech that I was working with left, and failed to order the parts to fix my car. No one bothered to follow up, or contact me when he left. I called, and the young lady who took over my repair ticket wasn’t even aware that the parts were never ordered. Service manager is new to the dealership, but my experience there is so bad that I’m considering selling the car just so I won’t have to deal with them in the future.
