Dealership Service Review
I brought my vehicle in because the app said that there was an issue with my thermostat sensor. We live an hour away, so my wife and I had to drive two vehicles to Lubbock, leave the vehicle with the faulty sensor for a week, and then drive back to pick it up. The dealership said that the sensor replacement was under warranty, but they had to order the part, which prolonged the process. Supposedly, it was replaced, and we took the vehicle back home. Now, one week later, the error light is back on, and the app says that the vehicle has the exact same issue. Give me a break! Do it right the first time. Now we'll have to make the one-hour trip again and leave the vehicle for a few more days for them to "fix" the problem. Completely unsatisfactory!
