onVehicle is only 2 yrs old. The front camera quit. Took it for diagnosis, part was ordered, brought it back 2 weeks later and they had ordered the wrong part. They kept my vehicle for over 24 hours before realizing the error. Another part was ordered. Waiting another 2 weeks to take it back. We are never greeted when pulling into service, we have to locate an office with someone to help us even though they plainly see us pulling the vehicle in because the office walls are clear windows. We just don’t feel like they enjoy their jobs.
