Peters Chrysler Jeep Dodge Ram

Bought a new Sahara, and had a problem before it made it home. Transmission wouldn`t shift. I called the dealership and they got a tow truck to my home ( approximately 70 miles ) in less than two hours. They picked up the Jeep and left another new one. This happened on Saturday, and they called on Monday and said that the Jeep was repaired. The finance Mgr delivered the Jeep to my wife and took the loaner. The check engine light was on when she started it to come home. I called them and the finance mgr came back to my home and picked it up again. They checked everything again and everything is good. They gave me a 6 year bumper to bumper warranty at mo cost to me. They also have a set of aftermarket floor mats, a spare tire cover, and a bug deflector ordered at no cost to me. These people went the extra mile to make everything right. We have had no more problems with the Jeep, and I am confident that if anything does arise it will be addressed accordingly. I highly recommend this dealership.
