Driving off in a new car is always an exciting moment and working with Lockhart Ford was an equally positive experience. From the moment we walked into the Lockhart showroom until we left with our new F150, we were greeted by friendly people who were there to help us find a truck that met our needs - not help them make a sale. Yes, they put us first...what a novel concept. They got to know us and shared part of themselves with us. It was the first time that I have purchased a vehicle that I can actually say that I enjoyed the entire experience. Web Sphar and Jason Jackson familiarized us with F150s and took us on a tour of their inventory, offering to quickly get what we wanted if they didn't have it in stock. After finding the perfect truck, and going on a test drive, Jason and Web starting working on how to fit it into what we were able to pay. They were kind enough to stay well past their closing time to work out all the details, prepare the vehicle, and two hours after we walked in, we drove out in a new truck. Hands down, the best car buying experience ever!
