Took truck back in because onboard diagnostics test for 2K power test showed a fault. Service checked it out and did not find a fault code. No one at the dealership understood the onboard power system test well enough to tell me that I was actually getting a verification of the onboard test and it was a normal or (good) response. After a lot of research on my own through Ford-F-150 forums, I found the answer to my questions. Everything is working as it should.
