Sam Pack's Five Star Ford Lewisville

I had been searching for a F150 for a couple of months online. I did a lot of research online on various dealers in the DFW area- checked Customer Reviews, Pricing, etc... I came across Sam Pack Ford- Lewisville while searching for trucks on Cargurus. I found a truck I really wanted at a great price! Aftee 'chatting' with Amanda Cyrus online at the Sam Pack website, I made an appt to go to the dealership. I contacted the dealership to inquire about financing before arriving at the dealership ( I had filled out an application online). Lincoln, sales rep, contacted me to let me know that my financing was good but that the truck I had wanted sold the day before. Lincoln found another truck on the lot and sent me photos via text message to see if I might be interested. I drove to the dealership, walked the lot with Lincoln where he showed me some other options based on my price range. I was very impressed with his customer service and the fact that he didn't try to sell me a truck that was far more expensive and out of my price range. Lincoln was very knowledgable about the truck I decided on- sitting in the truck with me and going through ALL the information on the truck. He explained exactly what Ford Certified meant without me asking. When I test drove the truck, Lincoln was very informative about every detail of the engine and how it worked and the advantages of Ecoboost. Once the test drive was complete, we sat down to discuss my trade and financing. Again, Lincoln was very polite and asked me ( after assessing my car) what I had expected to get for my trade. Once a monthly payment option was decided on, I was asked if this would work for me. At NO time did I ever feel pressured or haggled into buying the truck. Lincoln was also very thorough in explaining exactly what the warranty covered. In the Finance Dept, Chase, took care of going over my financing. Again, a great experience! Chase explained every detail of my deal and all the options. I received a better APR than I had been quoted at other Dealerships and a fair purchase price for the truck. I had checked various pricing sites to compare what Sam Pack was asking for the truck, and they were very competitive with their pricing. The only down side to my purchasing experience was being at the dealership from 1pm-4:30pm to complete the process ( I know this is typical time frame for purchasing a vehicle) so I was in Friday Rush Hour traffic getting home. Once my deal was finished and I was handed the keys I fully expected that the staff was done with me and happy to have just made a sale. To my surprise, this was not the case at all. Art, a very friendly and helpful staff member, walked me to my truck and walked me through how to use all the options on my truck. As someone who works in retail, I consider this outstanding customer service. I was very impressed by the friendly knowledgable staff at Sam Pack Ford Lewisville and will purchase my future vehicles from them.
