I want to praise Zach's customer service. I purchased a new vehicle for my wife from Zach last week, and Zach was my salesperson. Zach was very professional, courteous, and attentive to our needs. After we picked up the vehicle and drove it home, we noticed that there was some damage to the paint and that the remote start feature was not functioning. I contacted Zach and he has facilitated making sure the issues are corrected. I also want to add that the price negotiation process with Zach was smooth and fair. Zach is an asset to your dealership.
