Negotiated a price on a used truck with these folks. It was two years old so I expected it to look "close to new". The salesman told me it had a cigarette burn on the passenger seat and that's all he could find wrong. Drove an hour and a half there to find that the truck had dozens of hail dings. I asked if these would be fixed and was told that they would be. Drove the truck, it was fine. As I was getting ready to write a 38,500 dollar check the sales manager told the salesman that they wouldn't fix the hail damage at the price I was paying. I don't know, or care if this was a dishonest sales ploy or just incompetence. I didn't buy the truck and won't give them my business again.
