INCREDIBLE Service Experience!

Carolyn Smith was my service "adviser" and she did an incredible job!!!! Totally far beyond what was expected. I will NEVER purchase a car or have one serviced anyplace other than Covert in Hutto. This statement is based on the incredible service that Carolyn provided. That said, I was impressed with everyone that I came in contact with. Get this ... I got a loaner vehicle (thanks to Carolyn) and 3 people did a test drive .... and I totally am sure they will be purchasing a Ford Explorer! The cars sell themselves! Well done!!!! Log this as a PERFECT service experience and what is ironic is that this will definitely turn into a purchase experience.
