I found the car I wanted. Called the dealership and talked to Bobby Garza. I asked him multiple times if the list price of the car was the actual selling price before adding tax and license. I asked him three or four times if there were any hidden fees the dealership would be adding to the price of the car and he assured me that was the price and tax and licensing would be added and that was all. After messaging back-and-forth for four days I let him know I was coming to get the car. I was preapproved and sent him a copy of the letter and the day before I was to go get the car he informs me that they added an additional $995 for paint and window tint warranty. Price of the car was $20,990 plus roughly $1600 tax and fees. The day before I was to get it he informs me they changed the APR to a higher rate, added an additional $995 and the total price went to over $24000. I had to talk to the manager 3 or 4 times on the phone to finally get him to remove the bogus APR and give me the one I was pre approved for and to remove the extra charges except for the $995 which I disagreed with. Because they already ran my credit I went ahead and drove 7 hours to get the car. I asked them to have everything done and ready for my signature because of the long drive and my husband being disabled we couldn’t spend hours there because we would have to turn around and drive back home another 7 hours. Well nothing was ready, Booby knew nothing about the car, they were still trying to charge me over $24k after me paying $1745 cash down. Finally got them to give me the deal we made but they would not wave the $995. When doing the financing they actually added an additional $1400k to the price but I caught it and made them remove it. After that the salesman wanted nothing to do with me which I guess might of been a good thing since he knew nothing about the vehicle. Took them 3 hours to do paperwork I requested be done before I got there. It was 830pm when we got out of there. Before leaving I asked Bobby again about a missing item in the car and again if he set up a repair for broken usb charging ports ( he didn’t know what they were). Told me I was out of luck. Asked for the manager again. I had been asking to see the manager for two hours and he avoided me. Stood at the door so he would have to see me before getting in the building. Asked if he was going to order the missing cargo shade and mail it to me and if he was going to send a repair order to the Cadillac dealer near where I lived. He told me the dealership had nothing to do with their internet sale write ups and that GM wrote them up and no way was he honoring any of it. Then told me to forget the whole thing and he would give me my money back and I could just leave. I was so mad I told him a thing or two turned and walked off. I wasted all that time and I wouldn’t recommend these [non-permissible content removed] to tie my shoes because I know they would do it wrong
