Tim Znidarsic helped me with my vehicle which was owed rear AC controls back from the time of purchase. Ford manufacturing (not the dealership) was not showing that I was owed them. TIm made me a priority and got the issue resolved with Ford and then took care of the install in one day when the part came in. Really appreciated his work and dedication.
