I recently had the occasion to have a recall done on my 2018 Ford Edge. I called the dealereship and scheduled an appointment with the service dept. Everyone I spoke with was so pleasant and polite. Tim in the Service Dept. handled the service for me and I would rate him and everyone else I spoke with as 5 star. The recall was done quickly and efficiently and explained to me. They called and I picked up my car in the same efficient manner. Everything couldn't have gone any smoother. I highly recommend Planet Ford and its Service Dept. and especially Tim in the Service Dept.
