Oil Change Service

I bought my car a year ago and had so many issues with my car before it was even off the lot that the manager promised me 7 free oil changes for all the trouble. I tried to get my car serviced for an oil change and afterwards the service staff were completely rude and unprofessional towards me and also stated we didn’t have any free oil changes in the system. Very upsetting to be treated so badly and to also learn my free oil changes are gone. Very bad service and nothing but bad experiences with this dealership for some reason.
