Dealership Service Review
I have taken my 2017 Ford Focus to Quick Lane and The dealership and have one problem after another! I originally took it for an issue with it shaking and turning off and was charged a hefty amount under miscellaneous and the part was $50. So there HR dept who is an absolute sweetheart contacted me and gave me a loaner for over 2 weeks and compensated on repairs for my second vehicle a 2006. Then I take the 2017, which was running just fine to Quick Lane for an oil change and was recommended I get over $500 worth of other “NEEDED” maintenance. My daughter drives this vehicle to school so I trusted them and agreed to the service. The following day the engine light comes on as we are headed out of town! P420 is the code according to a machine from the nearest auto parts store. There’s burning in the Catalytic Converter. I contact HR and thankfully it was replaced but again took a few weeks... Days later a noticed oil leaks on my driveway and let HR know but was unsure if it was coming from this vehicle bcuz we have 4 and are constantly on the go. Well now the leak is worse and I really don’t want to deal with this service department.....
