Randall Reed's Planet Ford

Found a mustang online and called to see if the car was still in stock. Told the manager I lived about 2 hours away and to make sure the car was there, she told me it would be ready and we agreed on a price. Drove all the way to the dealer in Humble and when I got there they sat me down and attempted to start a contract. I told them I needed to see and test drive the vehicle first. They then told me they sold the car over the weekend but had a newer, more expensive vehicle available. I told them I called ahead and was told the vehicle was ON the lot! Drove home another 2 hours empty handed. I was taken by the old bait and switch. If this is how they are going to do business I will never buy from any of the Planet Ford dealers ever! I recommend you stay away from them.
