Randall Reed's Planet Ford

I purchased a New car from Randall Reed's Planet Ford in Humble, TX on Friday, Jan 25, 2013 through the internet car sales with Mr. Mike K. Upon arrival I was greeted by friendly people. Mr. Mike had several vechicles of various configurations (trim packages) available for our review. He was very knowledgable with ALL the intricacies of each vehicle and was able to answer every question in full detail (most impressive). We found the Finance, After Market Sales, and Delivery Team personnel were equally friendly, informative, and willing to go out of their way to ensure every one of our questions were answered. When we departed the dealership (with our new Vehicle) we were extremely satisfied with our purchase, and drove off the lot knowing we had chosen the right dealership for our purchase.
