"Worst Pre-owned sales team"

I would never recommend buying a pre-owned car from this dealer. They dont know how to keep their word. They change their mind every 15 minutes by increasing the price. I doesnt matter if they wrote it down, was verbal, by phone... I had a deal with Richard Ramon, then he regret and "sold" the car... the following day I got a call from Juan Ariza, he wanted me to drive from Sugarland to Humble to buy a car, he knew the price Richard and I agreed. So I showed up and the price went up 1,000 USD and Richard had a day off.
