Another Victim at Planet Ford I-45

It happens exactly to me at Planet Ford I-45 too, I even had a copy of the printed email with quoted price. My sales person was Mrs. Lauren Forgie (Internet Director). After wasting 3 hours my time in the dealership she came to me with an innocent face and claiming she made a mistake in her quote and I ended up paying $900 more than written internet quote. I JUST CALL THEM [violative content deleted]. What you call this?

Everyone at the any Randall Reed dealership is a Director. and they are all on the Board of Directors. It sounds important to the customer but that is the extent of it. It just sounds good.
