I had a fantastic experience with Randall Reeds Planet Ford in Humble, TX. Over the course of a year and half, from the reservation to the ordering of a 2021 to the conversion to a 2022 due to delays in production and finally to the purchase; the entire Ford team was a pleasure to work with.
