Westside Lexus

I walked into the dealership still undecided with a skew towards Mercedes which i would have bought a day earlier had i met my Agent. But Bobby at Lexus just wouldnt let me leave asking me the same question again and again "how can we earn your business". I came out a couple of hours later with a Lexus order and a car delivered at our doorstep by Bobby himself. Not what would your agent would typically do for you. I went back with questions around Lexus applications which are quite extensive and got a free hour long tutiorial from a specialist. Absolutely great experience.
