onScheduled an oil change service in advance as a wait on vehicle customer. Note, the point of scheduling in advabce is for the wait to be shorter. The day of service I waited for over two hours and noone updated me on my vehicle as I waited in the lobby. Had to go look for the representative to ask what was taking so long. Turns out they were backed up on the car wash. Ended up returning my truck dirty after a long wait. If I hadn't gone up to ask, I would have probably waited another hour just for the car wash they offer.
