onMy experience at the Sterling McCall dealership was very pleasant. I made an appointment, arrived on time, and the young man, Paul, my service adviser, was very informative, and nice. He explained he was going to try to get me out by 9:00am, but it was about 9:2 or so when it was finished. He kept me updated, about the services, and when the car was headed to be washed. I highly recommend scheduling your appointment in advance. It was a pleasant experience.
