Every staff member that I came in contact with, a total of 3, were professional and polite, which I appreciated so much! There was a pretty Asian woman who politely held the door open for me as I entered the service office. As soon as I stepped to the parts counter, an older gentleman who was walking by saw me approach and politely asked glee he could help me. I was there to pick up a part I ordered over the phone, but had a question before purchasing it. The man listened patiently and gave his advice on what I should do. He directed me to the service dept. As soon as I approached their cubicle area, Christian immediately asked if I needed help. Christian also listened to my car issue, repeated back what I said to ensure he understood and gave his advice on what needed to happen. He also offered to clean my car, which I was not expecting. He told me how long everything would take, followed up with me in the waiting room, told me what was found in my car, and patiently explained everything until I understood. Oh, and the guy I ordered the part from the day before was absolutely amazing - attentive, patient, friendly, and went above and beyond, in my opinion. The staff here is absolutely great! It was unexpected as I am used to dealing with any employees who don’t want to be at their jobs. I have to deal with people all day at my job emotional, angry people at my job, so it is nice to be treated well as a customer, where I have to spend my hard earned money. Thank you to the staff at Sterling McCall Acura! Y’all made my 1st experience there great, and I will be returning because of your professionalism!
