I purchased a 2014 Certified Pre Owned Lexus IS-F on 4/28/2016. Frank Mata (Sales) took my initial call on 4/23/2016 inquiring about the IS-F. Frank went out to the car, took additional pictures, answered every one of questions honestly and provided outstanding customer service. Frank is a true pro who has been at Westside Lexus for many years and in the car business for decades. He also connected me with a trusted car shipping firm who was ready to ship the car. Jame Vu (Finance Manager) made my buying experience simple, straight forward and hassle free. I also had a great interaction with Paul Rockett. I had decided to fly into Houston to pick up the LS-F and Paul made a reservation at a nearby hotel for me. Ty Stanberry (Pre-Owned Sales Manager) introduced himself and thanked me personally for my business. This is an extremely well run family owned Lexus dealership with loyal and long term employees.
