Westside Lexus

Our family has been purchasing vehicles from Westside Lexus since 1994. Since then we have purchased seven Lexus vehicles. Each purchase has been special and the vehicles have been wonderful. The first vehicle, a 1994 SC 300, is still in the family as is a 2005 RX 330. I feel as if Westside is part of the family. When I need a new vehicle I call or e-mail my sales person, explain what I want, and schedule an appointment that is convenient for both of us. Funny, how my schedule seems to rule (GRIN), My sales person, Shekar, is always ready for me. The whole experience is so enjoyable. When I pick up my vehicle Westside is prepared on all matters. The vehicle is ready, the financial aspect of the transaction is ready, and finally the exciting part - picking up the vehicle - comes. Now days the cars are little more complicated than the 1994 SC 300, so a technology specialist takes over from Shekar when the time comes to explain how to operate the new Lexus. The whole process is quite enjoyable and satisfying.
