I hate car shopping due to the whole "negotiation" process. With Lexus, I didn't have to deal with that. You have the price you want, I decide if I like it. The salesman didn't try to pressure me, and he provided info about service and customer service that made my decision for me. It was absolutely the best car buying experience I've had in my life. Then I also love the SUV I bought, it's just great.
