Westside Lexus

I have had terrible buying experiences at Group 1 Auto (Sterling McCall) the last two times, so I asked around and was told Steve Machann was the guy to talk to at Westside Lexus. Wow, he made the whole deal easy peasy. I told him to not repeat it but I actually said, "I don't even care how much profit is in this price, the buying experience was worth it!" It was that good. Thanks for showing an old sales person that real customer service still exist.
