The issue was over the optional equipment on my new nx200t ... the salesperson erroneously stated that certain items were standard, when in fact they were not, something I discovered after taking delivery. I e-mailed the general manager, and was contacted the next day. He offered to obtain the vehicle with the equipment I wanted, and authorized the return of the original one. Two days later, I exchanged cars, and drove away very happy. Throughout the entire process, the staff was courteous, respectful and very professional. A mistake was made, but was corrected expeditiously, without any hassle whatsoever. It's the way business should be conducted. Five stars for sure!
