It is with pleasure that I write this review. I first contacted Mr. Vu via telephone. When we spoke, he was polite and respectful. That is very, very important to me. I explained to him that I dreaded dealing with car sales personnel, but I wanted a new RX 350. He assured me he would not play game. He is a man of his word. Honestly. When I met him at the dealership, the entire time he looked me in the eye, spoke in a calm, sincere tone, and provided me with facts and no fluff. I am a CPA and have no interest in noise. Nonetheless, I found Mr. Vu to be honest, kind, respectful and quite knowledgeable. He understood how hard I've worked over the years to be able to afford the RX, and he came across as honestly happy for me. I really enjoyed working with Mr. Vu, and I will definitely refer clients to him. He is a person of integrity in a business that has a reputation of lacking it.
