Dealership Sales Review
The comunication from the salesman could have been improved....there were multiple emails that were not answered....he did say there was one he didn't get?? Also, service has always been the hallmark of Lexus...I unfortunately left two keys in the car and asked the salesman to mail them to me. He did but put them (they were bulky with chains) in a regular envelope with scotch tape....of course, I never got them. The envelope arrived but without the keys. I would think one would know not to send something in the mail that way. I also was annoyed at the mention at the end of the sale about the performance surveey....pretty much asking for a perfect score. Then a letter arrived saying the same thing. I felt this was inappropriate. I have been a Lexus customer for probably 20 years and have felt the last few years that the sophistication of the sales force and the service attitude is not what it used to be. Lexus always had little gifts that were presented when the car was picked up, and that is gone as well.
