Westside Lexus

My experience purchasing my GX 470 at Westside Lexus was fantastic and like no other car buying experience I have ever had! My sales representative, Alvaro Marquez was knowledgeable, helpful and not "pushy". He was able to show us exactly what we wanted and move us into the finance stage quickly and easily. Alvaro also was very helpful after the purchase of the used vehicle and was able to see there was a couple of issues that needed to be tended to such as a rusted closure on the sunroof and the car not being detailed ready for me to drive away in. Alvaro took care of these items making it right even a week after he made the sale-WOW!!! I do not feel like "just another number" like so many dealerships tend to make you feel. Absolutely outstanding! Our Finance representative, Paul Herbert was a joy to work with as well! He too, was very knowledgeable and helpful through the process. Paul was able to introduce additional products and services such as the tire and windshield protection warranty packages which I did purchase. Overall, I would say the experience was wonderful and painless! Paul made the process of purchasing the car so wonderful and he said over and over-" I want to make sure you are comfortable and understand everything." The waiting area at Westside Lexus is also amazing with a coffee bar, drink station, leather seating and TV. Really nice! I would definitely tell my family and friends to go to Westside Lexus to purchase and new or used vehicle and we will definitely be back the next time we need another car!
