Outstanding! This is my third (fourth?) vehicle I've purchased from Jeff and he delivered ...again. Outstanding knowledge of the vehicle. Unsurpassed when it comes to giving me options to make the deal happen. He is trust worthy and forthright. I recommend him to everyone, every chance I get. He feels like a best friend, always looking out for my interests. There is no finer ambassador for Westside or Lexus. He's an 11 on a a scale of 1-10!
