dealer was very friendly, helpful, provided truthful information, knew full details & features about car models, was very easy to deal with and very polite. It was also very flexible I was able to quickly test drive the car I chose, patient with me while I was looking at multiple cars to choose the one I liked. With finance, didn't receive a good finance package, but that was mainly due to being new in states. There is room for improvement in that area to provide better finance deals for professionals.
