Disreputable dealership

The salesman, Steve D. and the Financial Service Manager appeared to be in collusion to misrepresent a promised repair. The Financial Manager didn't offer me the coverage that addressed this situation and misrepresented the reason when asked about an "As-Is" form. Should have known better.
