After requesting internet quotes from 4 Houston dealers and 2 DFW dealers I visited 3 Houston Lexus dealers that took the time to respond to my specific quote requests. My 3rd visit was to Westside Lexus, salesperson Scott Stewart. He was straight forward, no high pressure, no gimmicks, no bait/switch, none of the usual tactics you find with other new car dealers. He was professional, competent, and listended to my needs. My purchase experience, which was considerably less than MSRP, was great from start to finish. As my purchase was a surprise gift for a family member, my sales person went above and beyond to accommondate a few out of the ordinary requests I had for him. Although I usually dread visiting dealerships to negotiate for a new car, my experience at Westside Lexus was actually very pleasant. If you are in the market for a Lexus, or if you think a Lexus is just outside your means, take the time to visit Westside, it will be worth your time. You are treated professionally and respectfully.
