This is my second purchase of a Lexus from Westside and Susan B. was my sales person. She is so professional and easy to work with, and I appreciate her knowledge of cars and the Lexus fleet. It is always a pleasure dealing with her...she makes the process seamless and professional! I love my new Hybrid!!
