Team Gillman Subaru North

This was the best buying experience I have had in the 42 years that I have been purchasing vehicles. I was not that knowledgeable of the Subaru line and the told this to the salesman (Chris) when he came out to greet us. He walked us through the lot explaining all of the features on each model and told us about the technology used by Subaru for all its vehicles. We test drove a Forester then a Tribeca. Both were outstanding vehicles both in handeling, comfort and value. We decided on the Tribeca and the whole sales experience was wonderful. Everything from test drives, going over standard and optional equipment, safety features, the trade-in, the finance department and after the sale introduction to the service department was handeled with professionalism, honesty and with respect to the customer. There were no surprises at the closing of the sale and never under any pressure to purchase. A very stress free experience.
