Disappointed first time buyer

onI agree that the sales people are friendly (Walter and Johnny/Hassan) but: 1.Internet price did not include an extra $1400 reconditioning fee. Negotiated with the sales people who did everything they could to bring down the payment to 600. Paid another 1750 (originally 1950) for bumper-to-bumper warranty. 2. Broken light was not replaced -- just screwed into place. The plastic housing is still broken and has sharp edges. When asked, answer given "We are not Chrysler" so they don't have the parts. Sigh. 3. Note to self: never buy a Chrysler from a non-Chrysler dealer. I gave 2 stars because of the friendly staff. My whole experience warrants only 1 star.
