Unsatisfied with how my car was handled

onCheck in process and updates were good. But i brought my caar which had battery issue, was kept on idling and engine was not turned off when I picked up my car. I am very concerned this new battery got damaged. Left like that for 90 min. No cost for me for tow and battery exchange but i was not offered to have my car to drop off at work or have pick up which they have at other Acura.
