Sewell INFINITI of Houston

The sales lady at Sewell Infiniti of North Houston told me that she has the vehicle (colors and options) I wanted and gave me a good price. After several phone calls and emails back and forth to confirm the deal the night before, my wife and I decided to take a day off from work the next day (we live in Austin which is 150 miles away from Houston) to pick up the car. When we were about 2 hours into our trip, I called the sales lady to make sure she has the car ready so that, after the papers are signed, I can drive back home as soon as possible. Guess what? She told me she doesn't have the car! You can imagine how pissed off my wife and I were. We have bought from out of town dealers before. But this is the first time that this has happened to us. We will never buy another Infiniti again.
