I've never had an experience with a dealership like the one I had with Russell & Smith. My. N. was an amazing salesperson, I'm hesitant to call him that because he was more like a friend helping me, than selling me anything. They found what I was looking for, stayed open late so I could pick it up and even offered advice on the advantages of paying a little extra each month and how it would save me money (thanks to them, I paid off my truck in 2 years). Hands down, this was my best experience in any dealership.
