Russell & Smith Honda

I don’t recommend Honda anymore , my car only 69000 miles, already changed throttle and having starting issues , this too early for the 4 yr old car , and I went to the service centre they wanted to change the starter , I already went to other shop they changed the starter but still same . And Honda saying for changing the starter they charging $840 , and they charge $126 for diagnosing , they don’t even fill the windshield water. Very irresponsible people .
