Russell & Smith Honda

I just wanted to say that our recent experience at Russell and Smith went exceptionally smooth when we purchased a 2018 CRV for my wife. Hansen Le, our sales associate was more than helpful and really presented himself in a way that was not typical of the proverbial car salesman that most loathe. He was respectful, honest and not one to rush us though our experience. Hansen was knowledgeable about what he was showing us, even though you could sense he was not the most experienced guy on the lot. Very professional in every way. He made this experience very easy and truly guided us on to the finance manager Jake to help us understand our finance options and swiftly complete our purchase. Both Hansen and Jake were the utmost professionals. My wife loves her new car and we would gladly come back to Russell and Smith for another purchase. J. Walters
