Russell & Smith Honda

These guys are excellent. I called up Dino, the new car sales manager, and told him what I wanted and what I wanted to pay. I had done my homework so I new what was reasonable, I of course wanted a "great deal." Dino said he could deliver so I grabbed my wife and drove down there. Dino met me and then put me in the competent hands of Zee. We explained what we thought we wanted but that we needed to check out a couple of models. Zee was friendly and professional, knew his cars and never, ever made us feel he was pressing for a sale. In the end they gave us exactly what we asked for and were very patient with our decision making process. Even the finance guys, Jake and Nicholas were a pleasure to work with. Come on, really? Yes, really. I honestly liked the whole feel of the place--and I generally hate the car buying experience. I could go on and on but, I'll just summarize. Russell and Smith has become my Honda dealership, I'm totally satisfied.
