I purchased a Honda Civic from Russell and Smith yesterday and from start to finish, the experience was outstanding. Zee Usmani was my salesperson; his product knowledge, professionalism, patience and understanding was exceptional. I recommended Zee to my granddaughter and she bought a Civic today. The entire staff is friendly and helpful and the process was honest and straightforward and simple.
