I wanted to buy a Honda Odyssey so we called Russell & Smith Honda asking for the price. Joe Leal was our salesman on the phone. After asking for information about me and the car, he told me that he would call me back in 5 minutes to give me the price and hung up. 3 minutes later, he called back with his out of the door price which was a great deal. A day later, I went to the dealership to see Joe. Joe presented us with 2 cars exactly like I wanted and most importantly, for the price that he quoted me on the phone, no string attached just like he promised. Even though Joe had to run around the dealership to get my accessories installed on the same day, he always remember to check on me with a smile to see if I need anything. Working with the finance managers was also just as easy as working with Joe. The finance manager never rushed me to sign the papers, but took his time to explain every words and numbers in detail for me which was a big plus. Buying a car from Joe Leal at Russell & Smith was an extremely easy and transparent process that you cannot get from anywhere else. I HIGHLY recommend this dealership. FYI: if you are considering between this dealership and Honda of Spring, please go to Russell & Smith Honda because Honda of Spring is the shadiest dealership I have ever been to.
