I had a great experience at Russell & Smith Honda thanks to Nelson Cartagena. He took the time to help me find a car I fell in love with. I've never felt this passionate about my vehicle. He showed me all the features. He explained to me why some things on the car were different from other manufacturers. He was the best sales person I've encountered. Thank you!
