Well, In short, we agreed on Selling price over the email and phone multiple times. Before leaving the house, i reconfirmed the agreed out the door numbers. When i arrived there and had a test drive. They changed the selling price and told me the additional cost is due to the value they provides to customer. Their sales manager didn't have answer and sales director never showed up to defend this ridiculous approach. Dear Russell Smith Honda, This car selling approach is considered dishonest, unethical and corrupt. You wasted my 3 hours on working day. This is second time in 6 months this dealership wasted my time. So i am not going to recommend anyone.
